Privacy Policy
How we manage client credentials and website scan logs.
1. Data Governance & Collection Framework
Shrazen ("we", "our", or "us") operates as a specialized digital systems engineering and search optimization agency. We are committed to protecting client data, server credentials, and infrastructure metrics. This policy outlines how information is gathered, stored, and processed across our security audits, AI search integrations, and technical consulting workflows.
2. Technical Information We Collect
When you interact with Shrazen services or request a technical SEO audit, we collect the following minimal data points required to execute our diagnostic services:
- Contact Credentials: Name, work email address, phone number, and organization domain provided during strategy bookings.
- Infrastructure Diagnostics: Server error logs, CMS version tags, indexation metrics, and API configuration payloads submitted for recovery or audit analysis.
- Automated Telemetry: Anonymized browser type, IP address, device viewport, and page interactions captured for site performance optimization.
3. How We Protect Client Credentials & Codebases
Security is fundamental to our engineering discipline. All client server credentials, API tokens, database backups, and access keys provided during website malware recovery or automation projects are encrypted at rest using AES-256 standards. Access is strictly restricted to assigned systems engineers under non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
4. Third-Party Integrations & AI API Processing
For client projects involving LLM search optimization, n8n workflow automations, or custom AI agent deployments, data may interface with enterprise APIs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Make.com). We explicitly enforce zero-data-retention and non-training flags on all enterprise API pipelines to prevent proprietary client data from being used in public model training.
5. Data Retention & Client Control
Clients retain complete ownership of their data. Temporary diagnostic logs and security cleanups are retained for 30 days post-remediation to verify server stability, after which all temporary backups and credentials are permanently purged. You may request immediate data deletion at any time by contacting info@shrazen.com.
